ANCHOR DISTRICT LEADERSHIP GRANTS

FUNDING GUIDELINES & ELIGIBILITY

Grant Availability

  • Each Pilot District may receive up to two (2) Anchor Leadership Grants per fiscal year (July 1–June 30), budget permitting.

  • Grants may be used for any leadership conference or workshop, including Anchor Summit at the Pilot International Convention.

  • Anchor Members, if awarded, may only receive one grant in a fiscal year.

  • All funding for Leadership Grant recipients will be given to the Anchor Member OR their District Treasurer designee (with their approval).

Anchor Summit Funding

  • If the grant is used for Anchor Summit, $500 will be applied directly to the Anchor member’s registration fee.

  • Any remaining funds will be issued as a check to the Anchor member (or approved designee) for transportation expenses.

Non-CompassCon Funding

  • For all other leadership programs, a $500 check will be issued to the Anchor Leadership Grant recipient to cover registration, travel, and meal expenses.

  • Receipts must be submitted within 30 days after the event to: travel@pilothq.org
